University Medical Center of El Paso's Rehabilitative Services Department provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services to patients with impaired mobility, communication, or difficulty doing daily activities. The department works with disabled individuals to help them attain maximum function and independence.

Our team of experienced, licensed therapists is dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive rehabilitation to both inpatients and outpatients with a variety of diagnoses. We offer rehabilitation for patients suffering from traumatic injuries; orthopedic and neurological conditions; hand injuries; wounds and burns; work-related injuries; sports injuries and many other conditions.

University Medical Center of El Paso CAREs for Kids Pediatric Rehabilitation offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/oral-motor therapy for children with developmental disabilities. Our pediatric therapists provide a friendly, family-centered environment in a dedicated "Kids' Gym" to assist children in achieving their maximum potential.

University Medical Center of El Paso's Eastside Rehabilitation Center is our 10,000 square foot outpatient satellite facility, with state-of-the-art strengthening and cardiovascular exercise equipment as well as a large therapeutic swimming pool. Specialty programs offered at this clinic include industrial rehabilitation/work conditioning; aquatic therapy; and women's health, including urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.

University Medical Center of El Paso's Northeast Rehabilitation Center is located in our new $12.3 million, 28,400 square foot outpatient facility in one of the fastest growing areas of El Paso. Its services include PT, OT, Sports, Industrial, Hand Rehab and Aquatic Therapy in a 10,000 gallon indoor, heated hydrotherapy pool.
